Aidan Bouman

Aidan has loved football ever since he can remember. His dad, Todd, played for 13 years in the NFL. He learned the ins and outs of the game growing up, and had a very decorated high school career.

That gave him the opportunity to go to Iowa State University in 2020. Through his 2 seasons there, Aidan learned about himself and what it was going to take to be successful at that level.

He then transferred to the University of South Dakota in 2022, and went on to have a very successful career there. The Yotes won their first conference championship in there school’s Division 1 history, and Aidan became the all-time leading passer at USD.

Aidan brings the whiteboard side of football, breaking down concepts visually and helping players understand how plays/schemes and defenses are structured. His approach keeps the game engaging and accessible while giving athletes a strong technical foundation. His path led him to grow a tremendous amount of knowledge not only in the game itself, but what process it takes to be successful day in and day out.

Beau Bush

Beau's path also led him to the University of South Dakota, where he spent two years in a Division I program learning what real preparation and accountability look like at the quarterback position. Being in that environment shaped how he views the game and reinforced that performance is built on more than talent.

His focus is the mental side of playing quarterback. He works with players on confidence, leadership, belief in themselves, and communication with teammates, all of which are critical when pressure is high and moments matter.

Drawing from his experience across different programs, including one of the most respected NAIA football programs in the country, he helps under recruited or overlooked players build the mindset and presence needed to lead an offense and earn trust on the field.

Beau Bush played Quarterback for Division I South Dakota.
